This position will lead an entire shift operation across multiple functional areas while driving safety, productivity, service, and employee engagement.Responsibilities
- Lead daily distribution center operations for an assigned shift
- Oversee multiple departments including inbound, outbound, transportation, inventory movement, and specialty operations
- Manage and develop supervisors and frontline leadership teams
- Drive performance against productivity, quality, safety, and service KPIs
- Lead pre-shift meetings and operational communications
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Develop talent and succession plans for future leadership growth
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- 5 years of distribution center, warehouse, or logistics leadership experience
- Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success managing performance, productivity, and operational metrics
- Experience across multiple warehouse functions including inbound and outbound operations
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
