Job Title: Data Entry / Customer Service Representative
Location: City of Industry
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (preferred); two Saturdays/month, 7:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: $22-$23/hr
Onsite: Full-time, 5 days/week
Overview:
We are working with a client in the Waste Management industry who is looking to add a Data Entry rep to their billing team. This role focuses on processingtransactions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate billing. Ideal candidates have high-volume data entry experience and strong attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Process 25-30 transactions per hour from drivers and internal systems
- Identify and resolve issues such as overfills, overweight loads, contamination, and blocked/locked materials
- Bill customers or generate letters based on findings
- Respond promptly to inquiries via email or internal systems
- Enter orders accurately and maintain organized documentation
- Collaborate with team members to support billing operations
- Ensure all entries are timely, accurate, and compliant with department procedures
Qualifications:
- 1 year of call center, customer service, or high-volume data entry experience
- Familiarity with Opera or similar billing/order management systems
- Typing 40 WPM and basic Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to handle sensitive billing data
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
