Key Responsibilities
- Develop foundational BI infrastructure and data architecture for core KPIs and trends.
- Design and manage interactive (Power BI) dashboards that transform manual Excel reporting into automated, visual insights.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to define metrics, uncover trends, and drive performance improvement.
- Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and governance across multiple systems.
- Analyze performance drivers such as customer churn and recurring revenue to guide operational action.
- Anticipate future reporting needs and expand analytics capabilities as the company scales.
Preferred Background
- 4-8 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- Advanced Power BI (data modeling, visualization).
- Proficiency in SQL or other relational database tools.
- Expert Excel user (Pivots, Lookups, Arrays, Index, Macros, Dashboards).
- Experience integrating multiple data sources and analytical methods.
