Bookkeeper

Staff Accountant

Established organization is seeking a Staff Accountant with strong Sage Intacct experience to join its accounting team. This role will focus on month-end close, bank reconciliations, and general accounting support. The client is looking to move quickly and hire as soon as the right candidate is identified.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end close activities
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Support financial reporting and other accounting functions
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records
• Assist with additional accounting projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Staff Accountant or similar accounting role
• Sage Intacct experience is required
• Strong month-end close and bank reconciliation experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Monday-Friday
• Fully in-office
