Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs and support day-to-day benefits operations
- Provide support for 401(k) audits and benefits-related compliance initiatives
- Assist with Open Enrollment planning, communication, and administration
- Manage Leave of Absence (LOA) processes and employee inquiries
- Reconcile benefits invoices and ensure accurate billing processes
- Support benefits audits, reporting, and special HR projects as needed
- Previous experience in benefits administration
- Knowledge of 401(k) plans and audit support processes
- Experience managing Leave of Absence (LOA) administration
- Understanding of Open Enrollment processes and employee benefits programs

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
