Responsibilities include:
- Manage key accounting functions such as month and year end close, audit, tax, and full cycle accounts payable tasks
- Assist with Ad Hoc Projects and collaborate with team members
- Monitor and verify the integrity of financial account balances to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure all financial transactions - including invoices, payments, accruals, amortized prepayments, and other journal entries - are properly recorded and finalized on time for each accounting period
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting(Required)
- 5 years of accounting experience, handling AP in a fast paced environment
- Experience in NetSuite (Preferred) and advanced Excel (Required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills are highly recommended.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
