What You’ll Do
- Lead all financial operations across dealership(s), including:
- Monthly financial statement preparation and analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Oversight of accounting office processes and team development
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and internal controls are maintained at the highest level
- Partner with executive leadership to drive profitability and operational performance
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices
- Hold the team accountable to high standards while developing and mentoring staff

Previous automotive dealership controller experience.
- Strong understanding of dealership accounting and financial reporting
- Proven leadership ability and team development skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and accountability

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
