Vacaville Ranch Post Acute is a skilled nursing facility in Vacaville, CA.
Our organization is looking for an experienced MDS Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in a long-term care, inpatient, rehabilitation center or nursing home setting. The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, as well as developing and implementing systems to ensure timely completion of assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the quality of care provided to residents in long-term care facilities.
- Conduct quality assurance and utilization reviews of inpatient and rehabilitation center services.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide education and training to nursing home staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to MDS processes.
- Coordinate the completion of the MDS assessment process for all residents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
