Summary: Inspects multiple homes per day for cleanliness, damages, and safety. Communicate issues with management, owners, and vendors to properly correct issues.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Inspects 2-7 homes per day. This position requires having a vehicle, driver’s license, and car insurance. Driving required from Del Mar, Oceanside, and Vista, depending on where the home is located.
- Reports any issue found at the home with detailed notes and pictures of the issue.
- Responsible for taking out trash bins at rentals several times per week.
- Orders house supplies and delivers them upon inspection date.
- Occasionally store supplies at home
- Communicates with other team members on a daily basis.
- Requires to occasionally be able to lift up to 50 lbs refilling propane tanks.
- Troubleshoots issues at vacation rental, including (TV's, lights, and other items at the rentals).
- Keeps track of projects using excel, property management system, and other task management applications.
- Responsible to taking the trash out on trash day and returning the bins after pick up.
- Minor cleaning necessary
- Other tasks assigned during the day
- Assist management with projects.
- Use company magnets (advertisement) on personal vehicle.
- Shift: 11am-5:00pm, 20-30 hours per week
