Overview
Vacation Myrtle Beach manages a fourteen-property resort portfolio along the Grand Strand. Our marketing department is looking for an Email & SMS Marketing Coordinator to keep guest communications running smoothly across all of our properties.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you won’t be designing campaigns from scratch, but you will be the person who takes our templates, tailors them to each property, and gets them out the door accurately and on schedule, week after week.
What You'll Do
- Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns from existing templates, customized and sent across all eight VMB properties
- Hand-edit HTML within templates to update copy, links, images, and property-specific details, also requiring basic photoshop/image editing skills
- Maintain and segment subscriber/guest data in our marketing platform to make sure the right messages reach the right lists
- Own a consistent, recurring send calendar — this role is about reliable execution, not campaign strategy
- Proofread and QA every send before it goes out — links, personalization, formatting, rendering
- Monitor basic performance metrics (opens, clicks, deliverability) and flag anything that looks off
- Coordinate with the marketing team on timing and content across properties
What You'll Need
- Familiarity with an email/SMS marketing or CRM platform
- Comfort hand-editing HTML inside email templates — no need to build from scratch, but you shouldn’t be afraid to get into the code
- Basic understanding of databases and list segmentation
- Sharp attention to detail — this role lives or dies on accuracy across repeated, similar-but-not-identical sends
- Ability to manage a steady, repeatable weekly workflow across multiple properties without things slipping
- Solid written communication skills

Pay: $17.00 - $19.25 per hour
