Come join our family at Vacation Myrtle Beach! VMB manages 14 resorts; we are looking for self-motivated and energetic people to join Captain's Quarters Resort. Captain's Quarters Resort is an ocean front property located in Myrtle Beach. Qualified candidates will also possess an eye for detail and the desire to exceed the expectations of guests.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Inspect entire resort to ensure all F.F. & E. are in proper working condition
- Establish and implement a preventative maintenance schedule.
- Monitor and control parts and labor expenditures
- Provide positive leaderships skills
- Communicate with other departments to fulfill guests needs
- Perform pool water chemistry/maintain pool chemical controls for water balancing
- Coach and Counsel staff
- The ideal candidate must have:
- HVAC experience
- Electrical experience
- Must possess good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, be outgoing, perceptive and self-motivated with the ability to work harmoniously with varying personalities
- Must be able to communicate articulately and comprehend written and verbal communication
- Building Maintenance experience
- Previous management or supervisor experience preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
