What You’ll Do
- Pre-qualify potential customers and direct them to the appropriate department
- Actively manage and follow up on leads within our system
- Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective clients
- Educate customers on services and solutions offered
- Maintain accurate records in the lead tracking database
- Consistently meet daily and weekly performance goals
- A self-starter with a high level of motivation and a positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid computer and internet proficiency
- Candidates should be able to type 30 WPM or faster.
- A flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and select holidays
- No previous sales experience required—we’ll train the right candidate!
