Job Summary:
Meredith Lodging Central Oregon, LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to join our team in the Bend area. This vital role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping and maintenance across a portfolio of vacation rental properties.
Success in this position requires the ability to build strong relationships, maintain high operational standards, and ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for guests and owners. Key responsibilities include managing laundry services, supervising housekeeping and maintenance staff, coordinating supply ordering, scheduling cleanings, handling routine and emergency maintenance issues, and collaborating with internal departments.
What You’ll Do:
- Managing team members schedules
- Managing vendor schedules if applicable
- Maintaining high cleaning and maintenance standards
- Help resolve issues with guests concerns & complaints regarding maintenance and housekeeping
- Creating plans to keep the properties in excellent shape
- Manage work order system to ensure home are maintained and in working order
- Take advantage of every opportunity to WTG (Wow the guest) and maintain an average review score of 4.65 or higher
- Retain property owners by maintaining the property to the standards of the property owner's expectations
- Maintain a happy, tenured, and motivated team
- Manage your territory in accordance with budgeted requirements

- Bi-Lingual (English / Spanish) is not required but is a plus with our diverse workforce

- Self-starter – can work independently and will seek out new tasks rather than waiting for direction
- Growth oriented – a strong desire to grow professionally and learn new tasks and skills
