Property Maintenance Technician: Summit County Colorado
Great Western Lodging is looking for a full time Property Maintenance Technician positions to our team. These positions are a mix of minor maintenance and unit inspections. The ideal candidate should have a general understanding of maintenance issues, a keen eye for details and a great attitude. We have positions on both the North and South side of Summit County. Health insurance, 401K and ski pass are all included in the benefits package.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Inspect units for damage, maintenance issues, and cleanliness.
• Maintain units to Great Western standards and help facilitate larger repairs if necessary.
• Provide detailed communication and documentation of issues to other departments and coworkers.
• Warehouse organization and tracking- laundry and unit inventory.
