Property Manager/ Maintenance Tech

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of property management practices, and the ability to foster positive relationships with tenants and vendors. This role requires a proactive approach to property maintenance, compliance with relevant laws and regulations and a positive - hospitality forward demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations.
• Utilize property management software such for data entry, record keeping, and reporting.
• Tech savy - comfortable typing, reporting and documenting properties with cameras, phone sand computers.
• Maintain accurate records of property maintenance requests using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining open lines of communication and fostering relationships with Owners and Guests and addressing their needs promptly.
• Collaborate with vendors for maintenance services while ensuring quality control in facilities management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in customer relationship management practices to enhance tenant experiences.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in filing, data entry, and office administration.
• Ability to demonstrate effective phone etiquette when communicating with tenants and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, heating, electrical, landscaping and security systems.
