What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Inspector position at Vacation HR?
We are seeking a Seasonal Property Inspector. As an Inspector at Great Western Lodging, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our vacation rental properties are maintained to the highest standards for our guests and property owners. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help create exceptional experiences for our guests while supporting our commitment to quality and excellence. We are looking for a fast paced, detail-oriented housekeeping inspector to inspect vacation rental properties on a contract bases. In this role, you will evaluate properties for compliance with company standards. You will check commonly used items like tv controllers, drawers, door handles, and faucets to ensure they are functioning properly. You will also check to ensure the property has all items promised to guests by our company. You may be required to perform small maintenance repairs in the event that you detect one during an inspection. You will communicate large maintenance repairs, and other important findings, to the respective departments upon completion of your inspection.
