The Front Desk Associate works closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable, relaxing, and seamless experience.

Responsibilities
· Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and hospitable attitude.
· Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
· Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and reservation inquiries from prospective and current guests.
· Assist walk-in guests with reservations, questions, and requests.
· Create, modify, and manage reservations using the property’s reservation management system.
· Provide guests with information about the property, amenities, breakfast service, local restaurants, attractions, and area activities.
· Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, concerns, and special requests.
· Coordinate guest requests with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure timely resolution.
· Monitor guest satisfaction throughout each stay and proactively address service opportunities.
· Maintain accurate guest records, reservation notes, and communication within company systems.
· Keep the front desk, lobby, and common areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
· Maintain working knowledge of room types, rates, packages, promotions, and property amenities.
· Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure guest needs are met.
· Uphold company policies, standards, and core values while providing exceptional hospitality.
· Complete additional duties assigned by management to support daily operations.
· Assist with light administrative duties as assigned.
· Occasionally deliver guest amenities or supplies to guest rooms.
· Assist with property inspections or other operational support as needed.
· Run occasional errands for the property when requested.
· Participate in special events or seasonal guest activities.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
