Field Technician: Gulf Shores Alabama
Vacation Homes Collection is looking to fill full time/year-round Field Technician positions to our team. These positions are a mix of minor maintenance and unit inspections. The ideal candidate should have a general understanding of maintenance issues, a keen eye for details and a great attitude.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Inspect units for damage, maintenance issues, and cleanliness.
• Maintain units to VHC standards and help facilitate larger repairs if necessary.
• Provide detailed communication and documentation of issues to other departments and coworkers.
• Warehouse organization and stocking laundry and unit inventory.
Non-Essential Job Functions
• Remain available and responsive across all platforms throughout the workday (Teams,
Breezeway, Track)

Schedule:
This position is a full-time, year-round, position located in Gulf Shores, AL. Working days will be Sunday through Saturday with scheduled days based on business needs. Weekend work is required. Holiday work may be required based on business needs.
