Your role

- Service, maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment across venues, clubs and pubs
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks to reduce downtime and disruptions
- Prioritise and manage work schedules to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
- Build strong relationships with venue staff through reliable service delivery

- Some prior experience servicing electronic equipment through work or hobbies
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with clear communication
- Strong integrity, respect, and a proactive can-do attitude
- Ability to adapt to varied schedules including weekends and evenings
- Willingness to obtain and maintain required licences and certifications, and a full driver’s license
