Your Impact
- Deliver engaging, consultative virtual sales presentations to current owners
- Assess customer needs and recommend tailored vacation ownership solutions
- Present product features, pricing, promotions, and financing options with confidence
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and manage your pipeline to improve close rates
- Provide exceptional customer experiences that build trust and long-term engagement
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience in timeshare or vacation ownership sales
- Previous experience with RCI or Vacation Village preferred
- Strong virtual presentation, communication, and closing skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual sales tools
- Resilience, persistence, and confidence handling objections and rejection
