- Identify, develop, and secure new corporate, leisure, and group business across Williamsburg and Virginia Beach.
- Lead sales outreach through cold calls, presentations, networking events, and travel trade partnerships.
- Manage group inquiries, proposals, contracts, room blocks, and site visits from initial lead through execution.
- Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to inform pricing, positioning, and commercial strategy.
- Partner cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing, Distribution, and resort leaders to ensure alignment, accuracy, and seamless delivery.
- 5 years of hospitality sales experience across corporate, leisure, and group segments.
- Proven success in outbound sales, account management, and closing revenue-generating opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Williamsburg and Virginia Beach travel markets strongly preferred, with the ability to travel regularly between them.
