What You’ll Do
Lead & Develop Sales Teams
- Inspire, coach, and mentor sales representatives to exceed performance goals.
- Conduct daily sales meetings, trainings, and motivational sessions.
- Foster a positive, high-energy, customer-focused sales culture.
- Monitor daily production, sales metrics, and team effectiveness.
- Analyze inventory and financial sales data to maximize profitability.
- Support sales representatives through active sales takeovers (T/O).
- Conduct resort tours and present vacation ownership opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and confidence.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales professionals.
- Develop team members through continuous coaching and performance management.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years Sales Manager and up leadership experience on the Mainline/Frontline in the Timeshare industry.
- Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills
- Must be able to lead, train, and develop a team
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
- Ability to conduct multiple resort tours daily
- Proven stats as a leader overseeing the Mainline
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
