Your Impact
- Travel Planning & Scheduling: Inform prospective guests of getaway details and successfully schedule their travel dates.
- Guest Relations & Sales Support: Build rapport with customers and effectively overcome objections to maintain high engagement.
- Operational & Financial Coordination: Securely process credit card deposits and utilize internal systems to manage guest information and schedules, while performing additional duties to support departmental goals.
What You Bring
- 1-3 years working experience in a sales or customer-service based role.
- Flexibility to support business needs by working evenings, and potentially weekends, holidays, or extended hours as required.
- Proven track record of effectively establishing rapport and presenting information clearly to customers.
- Ability to adapt quickly to technical platforms or new learning systems.
