Vacanza Romana, El Dorado Hills’ upscale Italian dining destination, is seeking a Pantry Chef to join our culinary team. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about creating beautiful, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen.
Position: Pantry Chef
Location: Vacanza Romana – El Dorado Hills
Schedule: Part-time or full-time, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
What You’ll Do
Prepare and plate salads, antipasti, cold appetizers, and dessert components
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station throughout service
Uphold our high standards for quality, consistency, and presentation
Assist with prep work and support the line when needed
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Communicate effectively with chefs and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For
Previous kitchen experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work clean and efficiently
Ability to stay calm, focused, and organized under pressure
