POSITION SUMMARY
At SD Pantry, a Manufacturing Technician will produce, finish and package all cannabis-infused products such as edibles ranging from caramel corn, gummy candies, chocolates to rice crispy treats along with canna-butter concentrates. Manufacturing Technicians are expected to work with accuracy and precision when recreating both sweet and savory products. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing your workspace and equipment to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and organization. Kitchen experience is preferred, but not required. Personnel work to complete tasks as a team, as well as independently. Following directions and adhering to precise recipes are essential parts of the job.

- Conducting quality checks on the functionality of components.
- Adding finishing touches to the appearance of components.
- Optimizing production efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings as needed.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
- Collaborating with other departments to complete production orders on time.
- Complying with internal policies and industry regulations.
- 21 years old
- Current ServSafe Food Handlers Certification
- Must be punctual
- A willingness to learn and grow
- A positive attitude and able to thrive in a small team environment
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- 40 hours a week (Alternate Work Week registered with state of California)
- Accurately Weighing and Measuring Ingredients
- Available Monday through Friday, 6am to 5pm
- A reliable form of transportation
- Great communication skills
- Detail Oriented
- Good time management skills
