- Proven experience as a UI Designer, preferably in fintech or enterprise applications.
- Strong visual design skills and proficiency with design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Experience in creating interactive prototypes and design systems.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and design best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
