What You Bring
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Primarily perform CAD tasks in the preparation of construction surveys , layout calculations, ALTA, boundary, topographic, and specialized surveys.
- Prepare and coordinate construction layout calculations for field staff.
- M anage CAD generated surface models and produce accurate contours, cross sections and profile drawings.
- Perform project research and setup.
- Minimum of 3 years practical experience performing similar work.
- Degree or courses in related area is a plus.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
- Ability to competently read civil, architectural, and structural drawings, including complex details, and successfully interpret for construction layout.
- Communicate with clients, accommodate client work requests, and create work order instructions for field staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Work independently with little instruction.
