Survey Project Manager

V3 Companies, a multidisciplinary AEC firm, is seeking a Survey Project Manager in our Denver, CO office, where you will contribute to career-defining projects that reimagine our built and natural world. 

You'll change the shape of your community by charting plans that become tomorrow’s places, creating impact that lasts. And, as part of our Survey team, you will collaborate with 450 designers, engineers, and scientists to make meaningful, effective change across North America.

Here's what you'll do:

• Participate in business development activities to develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.  
• Prepare various surveys including Alta, Boundary, Topographic, Route, Residential, and Construction.
• Manage survey projects from setup through completion. 
• Bid new projects and create/write proposals.  
• Manage client interaction. 
• Maintain project budgets and collections. 
• Assist other Project Managers and Professional Land Surveyors with drafting and project preparation.  
• May perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

We're looking for:

• Must have 7 years of land surveying experience.
• Professional licensure in Colorado is required.  
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D with experience in preparing Boundary, Platting, and Topographic Surveys, and an ability to competently prepare construction surveying calculations.  
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively within the survey team and with other disciplines working on the same project(s).
• Ability and willingness to travel for short periods of time.
• Possess and maintain a current driver’s license in good standing.
