Required Qualifications

• 5 years delivering technical HR, Time, and Payroll solutions (SAP, SuccessFactors, WFS, ATOSS, or equivalent T&A platforms).
• Strong experience managing technical integrations between HR, T&A, and payroll systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of:
  • Time evaluation rules
  • Pay rules and wage type processing
  • Shift patterns, accrual engines, scheduling
  • Payroll schemas and tax calculations
• Familiarity with middleware/API technologies (SAP CPI, Boomi, SFTP, IDocs, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Experience working with multiple vendors and global stakeholders.
