Acts as a liaison between sales, recruiters, and clients to drive efficient delivery, maintain strong relationships, and support overall account growth.

Required Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in IT staffing or recruiting account support
- Hands-on experience working with MSP/VMS platforms
- Experience supporting both direct clients and MSP accounts
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and ATS tools
- Experience in a fast-paced staffing or consulting environment
- Familiarity with staffing processes and compliance requirements
