Marine Technician – Join the V2 Boat Center Team!

V2 Boat Center is a growing, family-oriented dealership and authorized retailer for Regency, Tracker Boats, Sun Tracker, Bennington, Nitro, Kawasaki powersports, and more. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with our boating and powersports community.
We’re expanding our service department and looking for a motivated Marine Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to grow with a dynamic team. Whether you’re an experienced marine tech or a mechanically inclined individual ready to learn, we’re willing to invest in the right person.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair all types of marine engines (outboards, I/Os, and inboards)
- Perform service, rigging, and repairs on boats and yachts
- Troubleshoot and install electrical systems including bilge pumps, charging systems, steering, and accessories
- Handle multiple work orders efficiently while maintaining accurate digital documentation
- Work closely with the Service Manager and General Manager to keep our customers on the water
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and general understanding of 2-stroke/4-stroke engines, electrical diagnostics, and shop processes
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Comfort working in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Clean driving record
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn (training provided for the right candidate)
