About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team in the retail industry. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization. Your main objective will be to ensure the financial health and stability of the company, while also driving growth and profitability. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful financial strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Experience in the retail industry
- CPA or CFA certification
- Experience working with investors and financial institutions
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions
Responsibilities:
