Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Consultant with 15 years of SAP implementation experience and deep expertise in SAP EHS within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Incident Management, Product Safety, and Dangerous Goods Management, along with strong integration knowledge across SAP modules. Experience in Chemical or Process Manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP EHS implementations, upgrades, and S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Design, configure, and support SAP EHS solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Implement and optimize SAP EHS functionalities, including:
- Incident Management
- Product Safety
- Dangerous Goods Management (DGM)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EHS with modules such as:
- SAP MM
- SAP SD
- SAP PP
- SAP QM
- SAP PM
- SAP WM/EWM
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP EHS solutions.
- Lead workshops, solution design sessions, testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Perform system configuration, functional specifications, testing, and production support.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Provide guidance to business stakeholders and mentor junior consultants.
- Support cutover planning, data migration, and post-go-live stabilization.
Required Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in SAP implementation and support projects.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP EHS.
- Extensive experience with:
- Incident Management
- Product Safety
- Dangerous Goods Management
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration programs.
- Strong understanding of SAP EHS integration with other SAP functional modules.
- Experience working in Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or other Process Industries.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies (ASAP/Activate).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Multiple SAP EHS implementation projects in S/4HANA environments.
- SAP S/4HANA certification.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and global EHS standards.
- Experience working in large enterprise transformation programs.
Salary : $70 - $75
