Knowledge and Skills:
- SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) administration and governance.
- Application analysis, configuration, and system change testing.
- Troubleshooting and end-user production support.
- Technical documentation and workflow design.
- Microsoft Office proficiency and strong computer/internet navigation skills.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage, secure, and operate SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services including account administration, security, connectivity, service enablement, and platform governance.
- Perform impact analysis, build and test system changes, and identify platform performance improvements to enable business processes.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues, including those impacting other application teams, while providing end-user production support.
- Guide workflow design, configure system changes, and develop technical documentation.
- Liaise with business stakeholders and software vendors to align business needs with system changes.
