- Experience with scheduling and planning
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a factory supervisory role
- Experience in a low volume, high mix manufacturing environment that involves process- based manufacturing (ie. injection molding, machining, 3D printin
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, Power-Point, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP or MES systems.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide training and guidance to production team to build skills in lean production, quality, and 3D printing processes
- Implement and document robust processes and best practices to continuously improve the delivery and quality of Libertyville production.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all staff members and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Plan and coordinate daily production schedules and activities to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and troubleshoot issues that arise during production.
- Oversee inventory levels and replenishment of raw materials and supplies
- Serve as a liaison between management and production staff, conveying relevant information, and addressing any concerns or feedback from both parties.
- Lead and supervise a team of hourly production technicians to ensure they meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick, informed decisions to address production issues.
