V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Pharmacist for our premier client in Apex, NC.
What You’ll Do
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing home infusion therapies through a combination of clinical oversight, sterile compounding, and operational workflow support using CPR .
- This role includes reviewing referrals for appropriateness (drug, dose, route, labs), completing new patient starts and refills, performing medication reconciliation and patient counseling, monitoring lab-dependent therapies, and coordinating care with providers and nursing.
- The pharmacist is also responsible for accurate prescription entry, documentation, and claim adjudication, as well as preparing and verifying sterile compounded medications, ensuring proper labeling, lot tracking, and compliance with USP standards.
- Additional responsibilities include supervising pharmacy technicians, supporting production and delivery workflows, maintaining inventory, and ensuring timely, safe medication dispensing and delivery in a fast-paced home infusion environment.
