What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacist position at Triangle Compounding Pharmacy?
Compounding Pharmacist | Triangle Compounding Pharmacy Cary, NC | Full-Time | On-Site
Clinical expertise. Custom solutions. Work that matters.
Compounding pharmacy is where pharmaceutical science meets individualized patient care — and at Triangle Compounding Pharmacy, it's the foundation of everything we do. We develop custom formulations for patients whose needs can't be met by commercially available medications, and the pharmacists who do that work carry real responsibility for real outcomes.
We were the first PCAB-accredited compounding pharmacy in North Carolina and later became the state's first FDA-registered 503B Human Drug Outsourcing Facility. Our standards exist because our patients depend on them.
If you're a pharmacist who wants to practice at a level of depth and precision that traditional pharmacy rarely offers, we'd like to talk with you.

- Strong pharmaceutical calculation skills across formulation types including capsules, creams, suppositories, and injectables
- Working knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, and <800>; cGMP familiarity a plus
