Top Skills and Years of Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years' experience with Zoho product suite, specifically the CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics modules (specific module experience is needed).
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations in the Zoho product suite using the Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment (Deluge) scripting language. (3 years).
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations in Zoho utilizing JavaScript. (3 years) / Updated from Java to JavaScript.
- Experience building files in XML (Extensible Markup Language) based on defined standards. (3 years).
- Knowledge of systems analysis, technical documentation techniques, monitoring tools/techniques, and reporting/analytics techniques.
- Knowledge of design, development and implementation of tools and techniques for integrating enterprise applications, including web services and other integration architectures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing Zoho environment and develop an improvement roadmap.
- Design and develop Zoho CRM applications, Flows, APIs, reports, dashboards, screen layout, and integrations.
- Create and maintain documentation as appropriate for code, applications, and processes.
- Collaborate with project teams to estimate work effort and/or time requirements to complete development of specific requirements.
- Develop and execute software testing plans to support migrations and implementation of changes to existing applications and infrastructure systems.
