Education And Experience »

• Experience collaborating with program leadership, Program Manager, and vendor teams to understand modernization objectives and strategic goals.: 5 years.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements: 5 years.
• Experience conducting business process modeling to support process improvement and system design: 5 years.
• Developing business cases, user stories, and use cases to support solution design, and implementation, maintaining alignment with business needs: 5 years.
• Facilitating requirements workshops, interviews, and focus groups with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs).: 5 years.
• Participating in the development and review of solution designs to ensure business requirements are met: 5 years.
• Tracking and managing changes to business requirements throughout the project lifecycle, updating traceability artifacts as needed.: 5 years.
• Supporting change management and training efforts: 5 years.

What You’ll Do

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitates requirements for workshops, interviews, and focus groups with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Participate in the development and review of solution designs to ensure business requirements are met and traceable to system functionality.
• Work with Tax Schedule and Functional SMEs and owners to support the definition of user roles and associated access.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring full traceability to documented requirements.
• Identifies and maintains the inventory of business process related artifacts such as forms, correspondence and reports.
• Tracks and manages changes to business requirements throughout the project lifecycle, updating traceability artifacts as needed.
• Assists the Program Manager in ensuring business alignment and benefits realization across all phases of the program.
• Provides analytical support to program leadership and governance boards for decision making and risk and issue management, helping assess the impact of changes on business processes.
• Analyzes and identifies impacts of changes to supporting documentation such as standard operating procedures, desk instructions, training materials, and knowledge articles.
• Works with data teams to define and validate reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
