- Ability to collaborate with program leadership, vendors, and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to support user acceptance testing and requirements traceability.
- Experience supporting business analysis activities for system or process changes.
- Experience conducting requirements workshops, interviews, or stakeholder sessions.
- Experience with business process analysis or process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with program leadership, program managers, and vendor teams to understand modernization goals.
- Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct business process modeling to support system design and process improvements.
- Develop business cases, user stories, and use cases aligned to business needs.
- Maintain inventories of business process artifacts such as forms, reports, and correspondence.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and focus groups with stakeholders and SMEs.
- Participate in solution design reviews to ensure requirements are met.
- Support definition of user roles and access requirements.
- Support user acceptance testing and ensure traceability to documented requirements.
- Track and manage changes to business requirements and update traceability artifacts.
- Support change management and training activities through documentation and stakeholder briefings.
- Provide analytical support for decision-making, risk, and issue management.
- Analyze impacts to policies, procedures, training materials, and knowledge documentation.
- Work with data teams to define and validate reporting requirements and data accuracy.
- Ability to influence project direction through analysis and recommendations.
- Ability to manage stakeholder communications and build consensus.
- Experience supporting modernization or transformation initiatives.
