Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and professional men's Barber/Stylist to join our team at our Bentonville and Rogers locations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for men's hair styling, customer service, providing top-notch grooming services in an upscale, old-fashioned barbershop.

- Pay: $50,000 - $80,000 per year, plus benefits
- 4-day work week, with the option to work more if you desire
- 3 days off every week, including guaranteed 2 days off back to back

- Excellent taper fade and skin fade ability
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- No shaving experience required
- Proficiency in using barbershop software for scheduling and client management
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment
