We are looking for a Customer Account Specialist to support our sales team, manage customer orders, and ensure seamless experience from order entry through fulfillment.

What You’ll Do

Sales Order Management

• Enter and process customer sales orders accurately in SAP.
• Review orders for accuracy, pricing, product information, and shipping details.
• Track orders from entry through fulfillment and communicate updates as needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order discrepancies and delays.

Customer Account Support

• Serve as a point of contact for customer questions regarding orders, shipping, and product availability.
• Maintain accurate customer account information and order records.
• Follow up on outstanding orders and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive communication and reliable service.

Sales Team Support

• Work closely with sales representatives to coordinate customer orders and requests.
• Communicate order changes, shipping updates, and potential issues.
• Provide day-to-day support to keep sales operations organized and running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience supporting sales operations, including sales order entry and processing.
• Previous SAP experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
