Regional Director of Roofing Sales — Maryland
We build software for the roofing industry, and we're hiring the people who already know everyone in it.
We're looking for Regional Directors of Roofing Sales to own their region of Maryland. This is a relationship-driven role: your job is to put our flagship roofing software in front of the contractors, owners, and sales managers you've spent years building trust with — and close them.
What you'll do
- Own your region of Maryland — full sales cycle, prospecting through close, starting with your existing network
- Sell directly to roofing company owners, GMs, and sales leaders
- Run demos, negotiate contracts, and drive adoption across retail, storm, and commercial roofing operations
- Feed market intelligence back to the founder and product team to sharpen the platform
- Build your region now; lead it as we scale
Who you are
- 5 years in roofing sales (retail, storm restoration, or commercial)
- Deep, active relationships with roofing contractors in your region — owners take your calls
- You understand how roofing companies actually buy: who decides, what they'll pay for, and what makes them churn
- Self-directed hunter. No hand-holding, no micromanagement
- Software or SaaS sales experience is a plus, not a requirement — we can teach you the product; we can't teach you the Rolodex
