Role Description
Hybrid-remote/on-site trial paralegal position. Travel required. The job is to support attorneys in preparing and trying a three-week trial in federal court in Phoenix, AZ. The trial will begin on December 1, 2026 and will run through December 18, 2026. Preparation prior to the trial will occur in Fayetteville, AR.
Daily responsibilities include organizing and maintaining case files, preparing and formatting legal documents, and assisting with all aspects of trial preparation and assistance.
Qualifications
- Team player with a strong work ethic and good attitude, ready to assist 24 hours a day during a demanding trial schedule.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with attorneys, clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
- Ability to perform thorough research, including legal research and factual investigation, and to synthesize findings clearly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience as a litigation or trial paralegal is preferred but not required.
