Scope of Project:
Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead who must possess at least ten (10) years of experience in the role,
including oversight of other Quality Assurance (QA) Specialists.
Required Skills/ Responsibilities:
- Leading the quality review and functional validation for complex websites or web-based applications.
- An effective collaborator with project managers, designers, developers, and clients to understand project requirements.
- Creating robust test plans with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Conducting thorough automated and manual testing across multiple platforms and devices to identify functional defects, usability issues, and performance optimization issues.
- Documenting test findings for regression testing.
- Contributing to improvement opportunities by making recommendations to enhance functionality (as applicable).
- Participating in kicking off the client User Acceptance Testing phases and serving as a lead team member in the triage of feedback and validating issue responses.
