Position Summary:
The Produce Supervisor works directly with the ADM (Assistant Department Manager) in maintaining the daily operations of the department in support of achieving department and store goals. The supervisor is directly involved with the training and development of the staff, providing task efficiency and supporting good customer service. They are the first line in addressing employee behavioral issues. They are responsible for directing the staff, including managing lunch and breaks. The supervisor ensures that all Health Department and company guidelines are adhered to, providing for a safe eating and workplace experience. They work with customer concerns and find resolutions in the moment. They monitor product inventory levels ensuring the department is meeting it's RFB standards. The Supervisor exemplifies excellent customer service and ensures all company policies, guidelines and procedures are adhered to. They report to the DM (Department Manager), ADM and work in partnership with the RCS Team.
Position’s Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Compliance of Food & Workplace Safety.

Maintain the Environment and Culture of the Department.

Provide Training for Staff.

Provide Direction to Staff for Completion of Daily Tasks & Goals.

Maintain Proper Ordering Practices.

Support Department Financials.

Maintain Vendor, Customer, and RCS Relations.

Other duties as assigned.
Starting Pay: $23.35/hr., Depending on Experience
Pay Range: $23.35 – $32.14/hr.

Qualifications:Position Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent plus 3-4 years of experience in area of specialization.

Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Prior retail experience and Asian products required.

Working knowledge of the internet and proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Excellent customer service.

Basic math skills.

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
