We are seeking an Education Operations Specialist to:
- Manage daily operational work required to keep all educational programs moving smoothly.
- Ensure program processes are organized and operating according to plans.
- Track educational data and creates reporting that supports planning, monitoring of program activities and in-depth evaluations of programs.
- Identify, develop, implement and evaluate new or revised daily operational workflow processes for the department.
- Act as a resource for education program information and guidance.
- Manage education program communications and materials

- Associate's Degree in business administration or related field. Two years of relevant experience in an office environment may be considered in lieu of degree Required
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field Preferred
- 2 years of experience in an office environment Required
- Experience in an academic healthcare setting Preferred
