JOB TITLE:
Accounting Office Aide - UW Operations
JOB PURPOSE:
This position will support the Business Services office at UW Operations
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position will assist the Accountant & Business Manager in a team environment by performing general office and accounting support duties, maintaining records and filing systems, and performing data entry tasks. This position also requires assisting with processing accounting paperwork and performing basic mathematical calculations. Students in this position are asked to assist with special projects as directed as well as run errands across campus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Current UW student in good academic, financial, and behavioral standing
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent computer skills. Data entry experience in Microsoft Access and Excel preferred.
- Strong inter-personal, communication and customer service skills as well as possess a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve, work as a team player, and manage multiple priorities.
- Reliability, accuracy, and flexibility related to work schedule.
- Dependable and Personable. Able to perform under general supervision.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time and assist in lifting/moving files, office equipment and supplies.
- Ability to work through the summer is required.
HOURS: 10-20 hours per week. Ability to work through the summer is required.
APPROXIMATE START DATE: May 11th, 2026
HOURLY RATE: $13 per hour

On-campus: This position provides vital support to campus customers, and the successful candidate must be available to work and perform essential job functions on campus, understanding our location is at 7,220 feet above sea level.
