JOB TITLE:
Office of Admissions Student Position
JOB PURPOSE:
Support the UW Office of Admissions Processing Team by assisting with daily office responsibilities, such as answering phones, customer service, processing mail, scanning transcripts and admissions documents, and other office related tasks.
This position ideally begins mid-May and will continue throughout the summer. Based upon performance, position may continue during the academic year.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing customer service over the phone and in-person
- Processing transcripts and other admissions documents
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate student in good academic standing and in good standing with the Dean of Students Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including oral communication
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to work independently
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong customer service experience
- Takes initiative while working on office projects
- Self-starter

WORK LOCATION:
On-campus: This position provides vital support to campus customers, and the successful candidate must be available to work and perform essential job functions on campus, understanding our location is at 7,220 feet above sea level.
