The Therapy Supervisor provides day‑to‑day site management and professional practice leadership for assigned acute care locations. In close partnership with the Therapy Manager and Director, this leader is responsible for staff oversight, resource stewardship, and budget management, ensuring that operational decisions align with organizational goals and patient care standards.
This role requires a leader who can inspire and support a diverse team—including physical therapists, occupational therapists, therapy aides, and support staff—and who can navigate dynamic clinical environments with steadiness, clarity, and optimism.

Education
- Bachelor's of Science or higher degree from an Accredited program related to the area of clinical practice of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
- Ability to acquire appropriate certification/licensure according to state and national guidelines.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience with demonstrated progression in management responsibilities.
